Founder and Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Rachel Mendoza is a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) and advanced practice nurse (APN) specializing in medical aesthetics, and skincare. She has 17 years of experience treating populations ranging from neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to geriatrics and end-of-life critical care. Rachel has didactic and clinical advanced training in aesthetic medicine and provides safe, evidence-based, high-quality results for her clients.
Sarah Schuller, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Sarah has been a Physician Assistant in Emergency Medicine for the past 6 years. She will go over and document your medical history to ensure a smooth treatment process at Blüte!
Michel Mendoza, MSN, CRNA

Michel Mendoza is a certified registerd nurse anesthetist (CRNA) and advanced practice nurse (APN), specializing in neuromodulator injections. He has 15 years of experience treating populations from pediatrics to geriatrics, with experience in critical care and emergency medicine. Michel has didactic and clinical advanced training in aesthetic medicine. He provides safe, evidence-based, high-quality results for clients. Michel is also fluent in Spanish and can make our Spanish-speaking clients feel comfortable knowing all their questions can be answered.
Dr. Chris Mason, D.O
Medical Director
Dr. Mason earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Arizona State University and spent time in the world of work before coming to medicine, enjoying successful careers in Pharmaceuticals, Construction and Law Enforcement. He earned a Masters degree in Biochemistry along the way before medical school at Midwestern University the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a 4-year residency in Emergency Medicine in the Detroit MI area. His training and experience before medicine make him uniquely suited to work with people, projects and ideas across a wide spectrum of challenges and opportunities. This also gives him a refreshing insight to health and wellness and transforming the delivery of medical care today.
Wrinkle Relaxing Tox Injections
Neurotoxins are injectable compounds of Botulinum Toxin Type A, that relax muscles. When injected into the facial muscles, the appearance of moderate to severe facial lines is improved and smoothed out through wrinkle relaxation. This wrinkle relaxation procedure is performed on both adult men and women patients
What to Expect
The injections typically take 15-20 minutes once we start the procedure. Our goal is to provide you with consistent results that make you feel more confident. You may notice some minor swelling or redness, but this passes quickly. You may sometimes experience a slight headache later in the day, which also passes within a short time. Most people begin to notice their lines smoothing within 48 hours, but continued improvement is expected for two full weeks after injection. We will not see you back for a touch-up, correction, or increased dose for the full 14 days.
How much does it cost?
The cost of your tox treatment will be specific to your anatomy and facial muscles. At Blüte we charge $12/unit. Below are some average dosing needs to provide a general idea of how many units a client typically needs. Your first appointment will always be intro pricing of $11/unit to be sure we are a good fit for you! For the most accurate pricing, please schedule a personalized consultation or treatment. If you have a group of friends of 5 or more and schedule a "botox party" the hostess will receive discounted pricing on his/her treatment. *Please note that men will require higher dosing due to increased muscle strength.

Chemical Peels $200-$300
The range of Medical Grade Peels we offer includes solutions for exfoliating sensitive skin to medium-depth peels that treat acne-prone skin, acne scaring, fine lines, age spots, discoloration, and wrinkles. We recommend getting a series of several peel treatments for optimal outcomes and to boost your skin’s health and rejuvenation while combining the application of medical-grade skin care products and sunscreen. The level of skin cell removal and depth of penetration is dependent on the type of peel used and its level of strength. Chemical Peels can be used with other treatments to help you achieve your desired aesthetic appearance. All medium-depth peels will include aftercare.

Medical Microneedle Facials
Microneedling is also known as "Collagen Injection Therapy", A special device is used to create micro-injuries to the skin signaling the body to produce more collagen. A facial that utilizes microneedling, a medical-grade stem cell brightening serum, combined with your body's own growth factors through PRP (platelet-rich plasma) to get your skin glowing from the inside out! A facial that utilizes microneedling and a specialized medical-grade stem cell brightening serum to brighten your skin tone.
Filler
Filler is different from antiwrinkle tox injections. Filler is a gel-like substance made up of Hyaluronic Acid and is used to restore volume loss that occurs as part of the aging process. It can also be used in the lips to either change the shape or simply add hydration based on your goals. We recommend coming in for a consultation so we can tailor a plan specific to your needs.

PRP Hair Loss Injections $300-$600
Utilize your own body's growth factors through PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injections to stimulate new hair growth down in the follicle. Each session includes a session of LED light therapy for your hair! The whole head is priced at $600, specific areas or hairline only $300. Results will vary but 3 -6 sessions strongly recommended for desired results
Save with the package of 3 monthly sessions at $1500 for the entire head and $600 for smaller areas or hair line.
Under Eye Rejuvenation - $400
Utilize youir body's own growth factors through PRP (platelet-rich plasma ) injections and microneedling to increase skin thickness and improve laxity under the eye to improve the appearance of dark circles under the eyes and hollowness.
A series of three is recommended, save with the package that includes a medical-grade eye cream at $1200 .
